“This thing we are all a part of, it is living history…”
With only a couple of days to go before we start A Week of Memories it is time to get your camera charging, clear your memory cards and dust off the lenses that have been sitting in the cupboard for longer than you like to admit.
We need to capture this time for our families, for future generations of our families, and for us. Right now we have the gift of time, and through all of the chaos, learning from home and toilet paper shortages, we need to stop and find beauty in the things contained within our four walled bubble.
What is A Week of Memories?
Each day for a week we will be capturing a photo using a prompt for inspiration. You can share your photo on Facebook, on my Page under the day’s prompt or keep it to yourself. I will share little tips and hints along the way to help, but the idea is to just have fun and capture what is happening in your world right now. There is no pressure to create an amazing photo, just capture something.
What kind of camera should you use?
If you have a ‘good’ camera hiding in the cupboard now would be a great time to pull it out. If not, any camera (even your phone) will do.
When does it start?
You can follow along with the project live from Sunday 26 April.
